Modification & Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10%–30% order fee, depending on the costs already incurred.
Can I make changes to order details after placement?
We take pride in our quick response and delivery for order requests. Please carefully measure and place your order. Take advantage of our available resources if necessary, including pre-sale consulations, sample swatches. Placing an order signifies your confirmation of the order details.
If you need to modify product details, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested beyond this timeframe may result in irreversible costs that you'll be responsible for. Modification requests after 2 days of placement will not be accepted.
We do not offer alterations once the products have been shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you find any items to be defective or incorrect, contact us at service@kgorge.com within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your request, please include your order number and photos/videos of the defective or incorrect item. If a quality issue is confirmed, we will work with you to find a resolution or compensation plan.
Please Note:
*Size difference within +/-2 inches is treated as industry acceptable.
*Product damaged after receipt will not be accepted.
*Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Can I make a return?
Before purchasing customized and made-to-order products, we strongly recommend you consult with our customer service via live chat or email at service@kgorge.com to get the correct product and measurements, or purchase samples to have a better idea of what the material feels like.
Returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
Examples of non-returnable items
- Change of mind / No longer wants it - please refer to our "Modification & Cancellation" policies above for guidelines.
- Misunderstood the image of the product.
- Not the color or texture wanted
- Wrong size or size differences¹ due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or items that do not fit properly but were made accurately.
- Ordered the wrong item (fabric, header, color, liner, etc.)/ Ordered wrong number of items by mistake and didn't cancel or modify within 24 hours as required.
- Slight color variation between sample booklet and the finished product due to fabric dye lot.
- Products are too heavy—please check the product specifications or consult a customer service representative to ensure they meet your usage requirements.
- Order comes later than expected.
- Clearance / Final sale products.
Warranty
We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality issues. If you encounter such defects during normal use, please contact us with your order details and product photos for assistance.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by scuffs from shipping, improper use, accidents, minor scratches, or gradual wear and damage resulting from prolonged exposure to the elements.
Examples of improper use
- Using a curtain rod that is not strong enough to support the weight of the curtains, resulting in bending or deformation.
- Installing a shade sail with more than one anchor point on a support pole, causing the pole to bend (we recommend that no more than one anchor point be placed on a structure other than the original building).

Tarp Mounting Ideas
Tarp Bungee Cords
Tarp bungee cords are great for connecting tarps together and are especially useful when the grommets do not perfectly line up. Just pull the cord through both grommets and then tuck it around the ball portion of the cord. Easy to attach and un-attach as needed.
Snap Hooks
If you need to connect your tarps together then one method is to use a snap hook carabiner. The hook clips through the grommets and are easy to operate.
How to Measure for and Install Outdoor Clear Vinyl Tarps
Outdoor clear vinyl tarps are a great way to turn your outdoor patio, deck, or living space into a comfortable, intimate area. With the addition of clear vinyl tarps, you can have protection from rain, wind, and sun while still enjoying your outdoor space. It is important to correctly measure for and install these tarps for the best results.
When measuring for your outdoor clear vinyl tarps, use a measuring tape to measure the height and width of the area where you would like to install the curtains. This will tell you the size of curtains you will need to order. Make sure to add a few extra inches to ensure that the curtains fit properly.
Next, it’s time to install the tarps. Start by drilling the appropriate hardware into either side of the opening. These pieces of hardware will be used to hold the curtains in place. Then, attach the tarps to the hardware using screws and washers. Make sure that the curtains hang evenly, with no bunching or gaps.
