The size of the sun shade sail you received refers to the actual finished size (after size reduction). It is measured when the sail is laid flat and not stretched. Each side is measured from the bottom of one D-ring to the bottom of the opposite D-ring. Please note that this is not the tensioned or installed size, but the flat, unstretched measurement.
Modification & Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10%–30% order fee, depending on the costs already incurred.
Can I make changes to order details after placement?
We take pride in our quick response and delivery for order requests. Please carefully measure and place your order. Take advantage of our available resources if necessary, including pre-sale consulations, sample swatches. Placing an order signifies your confirmation of the order details.
If you need to modify product details, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested beyond this timeframe may result in irreversible costs that you'll be responsible for. Modification requests after 2 days of placement will not be accepted.
We do not offer alterations once the products have been shipped.

Warranty
We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality issues. If you encounter such defects during normal use, please contact us with your order details and product photos for assistance.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by scuffs from shipping, improper use, accidents, minor scratches, or gradual wear and damage resulting from prolonged exposure to the elements.
Examples of improper use
Using a curtain rod that is not strong enough to support the weight of the curtains, resulting in bending or deformation.
Installing a shade sail with more than one anchor point on a support pole, causing the pole to bend (we recommend that no more than one anchor point be placed on a structure other than the original building).

How to Measure for Sun Shade Sails
1. Make sure you are measuring from mounting point to mounting point, and not just measuring the area on the ground. It might help to determine and note down the height of each of your mounting points from the ground up, especially if you wish to anchor the shade sail onto walls.
2. Size Reduction
The actual size of the shade sail will be smaller than the measured distance between anchor points to ensure stable attachment, proper tension, and minimal sagging.
Rectangular Shade Sail: The longer diagonal will be reduced by 8%-10%, with all sides proportionally adjusted to maintain the overall shape.
Triangular Shade Sail: The longest side will be reduced by 8%-10%, with all sides proportionally adjusted to maintain the overall shape.
How to Install Sun Shade Sails
1. Begin by finding an anchor point for the sail. If you are using posts or walls, make sure they are securely grounded and will be able to handle the tension of the sun shade sail. If you are using trees or other natural anchors, ensure they are strong enough to carry the weight of the sail.
2. Once you’ve identified the anchor points, begin attaching the sails to the anchors. You might need the hardware kit below to attach them. Depending on the type of sail you have, you will either need to use screws to attach the sail to the anchor point or use ratchet straps for a more secure fit. Make sure to double-check the tension of the sail to ensure it is secured properly.
3. Finally, you need to tidy up and make sure all the hardware connections are made properly. Once everything is held in place, you can enjoy your outdoor space in the shade during hot summer days.
