Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 10%–30% order fee, depending on the costs already incurred.

If you need to modify product details, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested beyond this timeframe may result in irreversible costs that you'll be responsible for. Modification requests after 2 days of placement will not be accepted.
We do not offer alterations once the products have been shipped.

To assist with your request, please include your order number and photos/videos of the defective or incorrect item. If a quality issue is confirmed, we will work with you to find a resolution or compensation plan.

Returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
We offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality issues. If you encounter such defects during normal use, please contact us with your order details and product photos for assistance.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by scuffs from shipping, improper use, accidents, minor scratches, or gradual wear and damage resulting from prolonged exposure to the elements.
